Welcome in the new year through honest self-reflection, vulnerability where your dreams are concerned, and a look at what you want to keep vs let go as we enter a new 365 day cycle.
During our time, I will walk you through some practices that can help you become more open but still intentional.
We will do some writing, so bring your favorite journal. We'll also do some smart goal setting, so have those things in mind.
I want to help you set healthy expectations; not the kind that only set you up for disappointment. We will spend some time talking about what will keep us grounded and joyful no matter what the new year brings. And we'll spend some time talking about how to make the new year what you really want it to be naturally and organically.
A cork board and tacks (as your vision board) cut outs, sticky notes or index cards (to write your words and intentions), a pen, markers, and your journal.
Favorite beverage and snacks are the perfect final touch.
